Architecture

We invest where architecture matters. We choose prime locations in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, and Poznań, because we believe that good architecture has a real impact on society. Curiosity, courage, responsibility, and respect for history and place — these are the values we put into practice in cooperation with, among others, MVRDV, KWK Promes by Robert Konieczny, and Borys Kudlička

Great architecture has an extraordinary power to inspire, and its impact is immense. We incorporate art into our projects, giving them deeper meaning and a distinctive character.

This is why an extraordinary mural by Alicja Biała was created at Concordia Design Wrocław. Her Totems, alongside five Agora sculptures by Magdalena Abakanowicz, adorn the pavements around the Bałtyk office building, while Sylwester Ambroziak’s Boy gazes at the sky from the building’s lobby.

We make sure our investments become symbols of cities, serving residents, tenants, pupils, and students, while also inspiring passersby. We feel responsible for shared spaces and for enriching them culturally.
