Human Touch is more than a philosophy of action — it is the foundation on which decisions, relationships, and goals are built. At the center is always the human being: their needs, emotions, talents, and rights. This idea is brought to life by companies, schools, and universities which — though diverse — are united by a shared sensitivity and the conviction that true development begins with attentiveness to others.
A Community of Values and Practice
The Human Touch Group was founded on the initiative of Piotr Voelkel — entrepreneur and patron of culture, who built a network of connections between education, business, and social activity. Together with his daughters and son, he is now developing an organizational model in which the human being is not a means to an end, but its very essence. Within HTG, universities, schools, and companies carry out joint projects, share knowledge and good practices, creating an environment of exchange and collaboration.
A Culture of Change and Co-Creation
Human Touch is also a response to a rapidly changing world. Organizations built around this idea develop products, services, and educational programs based on in-depth knowledge of the human being and their needs — including those not yet fully recognized. Universities such as SWPS and Collegium Da Vinci, together with business partners, are creating new models of education — interdisciplinary, modular, and future-oriented.
Education that Provides Tools and Meaning
In Human Touch, education does not end with knowledge. It is a process of jointly learning, discovering, and designing solutions that respond to real social challenges. Schools and universities support the development of competencies, but also of character, responsibility, and curiosity. We believe that education understood in this way is one of the most important tools of change — both in the life of the individual and in the world at large.
